Shir Cohen (Nizri) is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Financial Controller at IDE Technologies since June 2017, having previously held the position of Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at PwC, where auditing diverse public and private companies across various industries and handling tax reports and calculations were key responsibilities. Shir possesses expertise in IFRS and US GAAP and is fluent in English, having worked with global companies. A graduate of Tel Aviv University with a Master's in Business Administration focused on Financial Management, Shir also holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa. Additionally, Shir served in a classified role in the Intelligence Unit of the Israel Defense Forces and contributed to the education of the unit.
