Cole Morris

Cole Morris is a seasoned professional in planning and replenishment, currently serving as the Senior Director of Planning and Replenishment at Idea Nuova, Inc. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cole spent nearly 18 years at Walmart, where various positions included Omni Merchant, Sr. Merchandise Financial Planner, and Financial Planner with a focus on home decor and wall solutions. Cole began a career in retail through the Merchant Leadership Program and progressed through multiple roles, including Planning Analyst and Co Director of Store Management. Cole holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
