Justin Arnsworth M. Ed is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in school administration and instructional facilitation. Currently serving as the School Principal at IDEA Public Schools since January 2021, Justin has successfully coached teachers to achieve student mastery in rigorous AP/Pre-AP coursework, contributing to notable TEA A-Campus ratings. Previously, Justin held the position of Instructional Leader - Assistant Principal of Instruction, responsible for similar initiatives. Prior roles include Instructional Facilitator at New Tech Network, where Justin designed project-based learning experiences, and various leadership positions within the El Paso Independent School District, including Math Teacher and Grade Level Lead. Justin's background also includes administrative support at Time Warner Inc. Justin holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M International University, along with significant leadership training from the National Principal Academy Fellowship and the CUNY Malave Leadership Academy.
