Currently serving as the Principal at IDEA Pflugerville Academy, Melissa has previously held roles including Principal in Residence. Prior experience includes working as an Instructional Technology Specialist for Ector County ISD and a District Trainer, English II Team Lead, Translator, Secretary, and Attendance Recovery Clerk for Alief ISD. This diverse background highlights a strong commitment to educational excellence and technology integration in schools.
