Meritza Webb RTSBA, CSRM, MBA, MPM, currently serves as the Managing Director of HR Compliance and Risk Management at IDEA Public Schools, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance and risk management for an organization with over 12,000 employees across multiple states. Prior to this role, Meritza held various positions at Irving Independent School District, including Executive Director of Employee Services and Director of Risk Management, and has been an instructor and board member for the Texas Association of School Business Officials since 2014. Meritza holds two master's degrees in Project Management and Business Administration/Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
