Manas Mandal is an experienced professional in the aerospace and drone technology sectors, currently serving as AGM-DaaS at ideaForge since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mandal was the Head of Operations at General Aeronautics Pvt Ltd from October 2022 to April 2024, overseeing various divisions including Field Operations and Technical Documentation, and spearheading pan-India drone services with over 100 drones. Mandal's career at ideaForge began in April 2016, with roles including Senior Manager and Manager-Training, focusing on drone training management and UAV operations. A former Middle Level Manager in the Indian Navy from September 1995 to March 2016, Mandal managed aircraft operations and maintenance, as well as project monitoring for significant aerospace projects. Mandal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
