Jonathan Sublett has extensive experience in energy analysis and management, currently serving as an Energy Analysis and Support Team Professional at Ideal Impact, Inc. since November 2021. In this role, Jonathan has successfully constructed detailed analysis reports that contributed to projected energy savings exceeding $1.4 billion over the next two decades and has focused on training new employees and licensees. Previously, Jonathan held various positions in the coffee industry, including Assistant Manager at Fort Worth Coffee Co. and Roastery Assistant at The Craftwork Group, where skills in customer service and inventory management were honed. Early career experience includes serving as an Associate Consultant at Call Box and holding multiple roles at Ideal Impact, Inc., where significant project management and problem-solving skills were developed, contributing to over $4 million in client project revenue. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Dallas Baptist University.
