Oksana Pocherniaieva is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of Accounting at iDeals™ Solutions Group since August 2018, Oksana oversees the accuracy of financial statements, tax positions, and audits in twelve jurisdictions while managing the integration of acquired legal entities and implementing a consolidated ERP system. Previous experience includes the role of Group Chief Accountant at Unison Group, where responsibilities included restoring accounting practices and preparing financial reports in accordance with Ukrainian law and international standards. Oksana's career also encompasses significant positions as Chief Accountant in several organizations, including international logistics, fitness, and construction industries. Oksana holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing of Entrepreneurship from Banking University and has completed relevant educational programs in accounting and finance.
