Dan Rosica is a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42, a nonprofit focused on leveraging behavioral science to improve lives and drive social change, a role held since August 2021. Prior to this position, Dan served as an Associate Behavioral Designer at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University and worked as a Behavioral Research Assistant and Project Manager on the Government Team, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing well-being through behavioral science. ideas42 is a design and research lab that uses behavioral economics to address complex social problems. ideas42 was established in 2008 by Sendhil Mullainathan of Harvard University, Antoinette Schoar of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Simeon Djankov, then of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group, EldarShafir of Princeton University, Jeffrey Kling of the Brookings Institution, and Michael Kremer of Harvard University.At ideas42 we look at everything – including our own internal processes — through a behavioral lens. We approach our work with a spirit of generosity, but we retain a sense of playfulness that helps to drive our creativity.
