Grace Roebuck is an Associate Behavioral Designer at ideas42, contributing to the Post-Secondary Education Team since August 2022. Previously, Grace held the role of Elks Scholar Fellow at Elks National Foundation and worked as a Research Scholar at CADRE while also serving as a Research Assistant with the International Arts + Mind Lab at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. At The Centre for Conscious Design, Grace was the Director of Operations & Fellows Program, focusing on fellow coordination and organizational development. Grace's earlier experience includes research roles at HUME, publicity leadership with the Vassar Haiti Project, and digital media support at Vassar College. Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Vassar College, where involvement included founding and presiding over The Underground, a group dedicated to combating human trafficking.
