Michael Herman, LMSW, is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in behavioral design and psychotherapy. Currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since March 2022, Michael focuses on developing and implementing behaviorally informed interventions in philanthropy. Previous roles include Psychotherapist at Charlie Health, where assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention for adolescents and young adults were provided, and Psychotherapist at Essen Health Care. Michael's background also includes positions at Microsoft as a Customer Success Account Manager and Technical Account Manager, as well as experience in program management and research. Michael holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
