Ricardo D. LaGrange, Ph.D., M.P.H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Ricardo D. is currently serving as the Associate Managing Director of US Health at ideas42 since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Howard University in 2018 and as an Applied Behavioral Science Consultant at Penngood from 2017 to 2018. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of V.P., Business Development - Health & Human Services at ASHLIN Management Group, where they generated significant revenue growth and secured crucial commitments resulting in new annual revenue. Prior to that, at Children's National Health System, they held the positions of Director of Adolescent Prevention and Education Program (APEP) and Assistant Professor, Principal Investigator, where they supervised staff, conducted research, and influenced health policy related to HIV prevention. Ricardo D. also served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine from 2001 to 2008, where they provided mental health services and secured grant funding for reproductive health programs.
Ricardo D. LaGrange, Ph.D., M.P.H. holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Communication and Marketing from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health. Ricardo D. also completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology at Howard University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Virginia. In 2014, they participated in the Spring 2014 Cohort of the D.C. Innovation Corps (I-Corps) program and is now an alumni of the program.
