Stephanie Sanchez is a seasoned professional in people operations and organizational management, currently serving as a Senior Associate of People Operations at ideas42 since September 2021. Previously, Stephanie held various positions at Zeta Charter Schools from June 2018 to July 2021, including Operations Manager, Operations Associate, and Operations Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools and holding multiple roles at Aflac, culminating as Regional Recruiting Manager. Stephanie began their career as an Administrative Assistant at SUNY New Paltz. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, and Women's Studies from SUNY New Paltz, along with an Advanced Regents High School Diploma from the High School of American Studies at Lehman College.
