Zainab Amjad is currently an Associate Behavioral Designer at ideas42, where the focus is on optimizing social protection programs and policies for beneficiaries in Africa and Asia using behavioral science. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Consultant at The World Bank, concentrating on COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy in sub-Saharan Africa, and working as a Graduate Intern at IDinsight, where evaluation of COVID-19 related school closures' impact on gender-based violence and female retention in education took place. Additionally, Zainab held the position of Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates and completed an internship with UNICEF in Data, Research, and Policy. Zainab Amjad possesses an MPA Candidate degree in International Development and Urban Policy from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
