Justin Oyola

Justin O. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at IdeaScale since October 2018, Justin O. leads a team that delivers consulting, implementation, and support services focused on helping clients leverage open innovation software. Prior roles include Director of Innovation Services at IdeaScale, Advisor and Co-Founder of latinoTech, and various leadership positions at organizations such as SEIU, Nextdoor, and Obama for America. Justin O. has a strong foundation in promoting diversity and corporate responsibility, as well as strategic business development, having worked with the World Economic Forum and the Equal Justice Society. Justin O. holds a BA in Comparative Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from EDHEC Business School.
