Cedric Durth has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Cedric currently holds the position of CPO at IDEMIA, focusing on public security. Prior to this, Durth served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Asmodee Group from 2021 to 2024. Cedric also worked as the VP of Human Resources for Global Talent Management at Sonepar in 2020 and VP of Human Resources for Western Europe at HILTI from 2012 to 2015. Durth has also held various human resources roles at Schneider-Electric and started their career as an HR Trainee at CAISSE D'EPARGNE in 2002.
Cedric Durth completed their Master's degree in Géopolitique et Prospective at IRIS SUP' from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business & Human Resources from the École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, Cedric briefly studied Japanese, Economy & Politics at Hiroshima University of Economics in 2002. Currently, they are pursuing the OWP degree at IMD, starting in 2020.
