Matthew Beale is currently working as the Sponsorship and Partnership Director at Identity, after previously holding various roles in the field of commercial and sponsorship management at companies such as Immersive International, smb³, and The Grounded Events Company. With a background in managing commercial operations for sports events and rights holder clients, Matthew has also worked in youth development projects in Ghana. He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham and Loughborough Grammar School.
