Ademide Adefarasin

Ademide Adefarasin is a seasoned design and strategy professional currently serving as Senior Design Director at IDEO.org since January 2017, with a focus on strategy and impact. Adefarasin has held various roles at IDEO.org, including Design Director and Business Design Lead. Prior experience includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the NYU Furman Center, providing quantitative analysis and data visualization on housing and urban policy, and consulting for the World Bank Group on research related to urban resilience projects. Adefarasin also served as a Summer Associate with the IFC, analyzing commercial property and affordable housing portfolios, and worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Accenture, leading strategic initiatives in financial services across multiple projects in Africa.
