Gemma Lord

Gemma Lord is a Design Director at IDEO since July 2017, where Gemma leads teams, content, and client relationships while co-leading Design Excellence for IDEO in London and globally. Previous roles include Senior Design Lead and Design Lead at IDEO, overseeing complex design and strategy projects for major organizations, as well as Senior Designer specializing in visual design and storytelling. Gemma's earlier experience includes working as a Designer at Normally, a Design Researcher with Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg, and contributing to various design projects at Native Design and Silver Bullet. Educational background includes a Master of European Design from The Glasgow School of Art and specialization in design research and writing from the School of Visual Arts.
