James Feeks

James Feeks is an accomplished optical systems engineer with extensive experience in integrating and aligning complex optical systems. Currently serving as the Lead Optical Systems Engineer at IDEX Health & Science, LLC since August 2019, James has also held the position of Senior Optical Systems Engineer and contributed to the design and testing of custom precision optical systems at Melles Griot. With a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from the University of Rochester, where James conducted significant research on adaptive optics scanning light ophthalmoscopes, James has demonstrated expertise in various optical engineering projects and research roles throughout academic and professional careers.
