Sandeep Batra

Sandeep Batra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at IDEX Corporation since 2021, Sandeep leads LEAN initiatives across European operations and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles at Spark Minda from 2002 to 2021, where Sandeep held various leadership positions, including Head of Supply Chain Management and Business Excellence, focusing on sourcing strategies and operational enhancements. Sandeep played a significant role in establishing quality management systems and executing turnaround plans at multiple facilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from thePower and a Bachelor's in Production Engineering from Kurukshetra University.
