Andy Cooper is a seasoned professional in legal operations and financial management with extensive experience, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Legal Operations at IDEXX since June 2014. In this role, Andy has led global initiatives within Legal & Compliance, demonstrating a strategic vision and effective project management. Prior to this position, Andy built the Legal Operations function at IDEXX from the ground up, also serving as a Senior Financial Analyst overseeing significant budgets and collaborating with C-suite executives. Andy's career includes positions in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost accounting at several reputable companies, including Tom's of Maine, Lindt & Sprungli, Newell Rubbermaid, Aetrex Worldwide, Barnes & Noble, and Enron. Andy holds a BS in Economics & Accounting from Rutgers University, earned in 1998.
