Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson currently serves as the Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at IDEXX, a position held since April 2022. Prior to IDEXX, Michelle worked at Unum from June 2018 to March 2022, where roles included AVP of Expense Management in Global Services Finance and Director of Financial Analysis. From October 2007 to June 2018, Michelle was with L.L.Bean, progressing through various positions such as Manager of Retail Finance and Budget Manager, where strategic and analytical support was provided to senior executives. Michelle's earlier career included roles at Cornerstone Research from July 2002 to September 2007, contributing financial and economic analysis for commercial litigation. Educational credentials include a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine - School of Business.
