Niki Johnson

Niki Johnson has an extensive background in human resources, with significant experience in leadership roles across various organizations. At IDEXX since December 2008, Niki serves as Sr Manager of Business HR for Global Operations and previously held the position of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner for Worldwide Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Asst VP of Human Resources at TD Bank and Human Resources Director at Moss Inc, where responsibilities included developing HR systems during rapid company growth. Additional roles include temporary work at Penobscot Bay Media and management training at Camden National Corporation, which involved overseeing residential mortgage processes and supporting the COO. Niki began a career in human resources as Associate Relations Manager at Hannaford Brothers, focusing on employee relations and personnel management. Niki holds a Certificate in Human Resources and a B.A. in Mathematics with a concentration in Education from the University of Maine.
