Regina Thie

Regina Thie, CMA, CSCA, currently serves as Finance Business Partner for BENE and Nordics at IDEXX since July 2022 and holds the position of VP of Engagement at the IMA® Spanish Chapter since November 2021. Previously, Regina held various roles, including Global Compensation Planning & Analysis Manager at Glovo and Controller positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, overseeing regional projects and improving management reporting. Regina's experience also includes finance-related roles at Johnson & Johnson and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, where responsibilities ranged from supporting P&L commitments to leading business planning and forecasting processes. Regina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration - Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Business from the University of Groningen, complemented by an exchange program at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
