Will Henshaw

Will Henshaw currently serves as the Manager of Sales Operations & Business Development at IDEXX since July 2023, after holding the same position at ezyVet from July 2023 to April 2025. Prior to these roles, Will worked at Dropbox as the Manager of Revenue Enablement & Operations for Australia and Singapore from October 2022 to July 2023. Will has also contributed to Asana as the Technical Enablement & Operations Lead for Australia and Japan from November 2020 to November 2022 and as a Technical User Operations Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position as a Genius in the AppleCare Technical Team from June 2017 to November 2020. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Psychology, and Arts from Macquarie University and an Honours degree in Psychology from Monash University. Additionally, Will has pursued further education through Udemy and freeCodeCamp, and completed the HSC at Barker College.
