Pranay Dixit

Pranay Dixit has extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors, currently serving as Lead for Business Excellence & Corporate Strategy and Lead for AEM in Information Technology at IDFC FIRST Bank since October 2016, focusing on digital technologies across banking platforms. Prior to this role, Pranay worked at ICICI Bank Ltd. as Sr. Manager-Technology from January 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities included leading machine learning and artificial intelligence projects, overseeing robotics process automation, and managing a portfolio of over 45 applications to ensure compliance and risk audit resolutions. Earlier career roles include Project Lead at Symphony Services, managing functional consultants and software engineers, and IT Manager at Jewelex Group, where Pranay was responsible for IT spearheading initiatives. Pranay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computers and Taxation from Nagindas Khandwala College and completed SSC at St Joseph High School.
