Sanjay Shende

Sanjay Shende is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and HR compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations and HR Compliance at IDFC FIRST Bank, Sanjay has previously held significant positions including Director of HR at Flipkart, where responsibilities included heading Employee Relations and HR for Jeeves Consumer Services, and Associate Director of HR at Cipla Limited, focusing on Employee Relations and Compliance. Sanjay has also served as Group Head of HR at Silvex Group, and began the career as Manager of HR and Admin at Radhakrishan Hospitality Services Ltd, now known as Sodexo. Academically, Sanjay holds a Senior Management Program degree in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
