Bhakti Dharod

Bhakti Dharod is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of HR at IDfy since November 2021, Bhakti previously held key roles at Sony Pictures Networks India, where responsibility included providing HRBP support for various channels and the OTT business. Other significant positions include HR Business Partner at Vodafone Idea Limited, overseeing the Enterprise Business, and involvement in talent acquisition and capability building at Vodafone. Early career stages included roles in human resources at Essar and internships at notable companies including General Mills and Colgate Palmolive. Bhakti holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Shah and Anchor Kutchhi Engineering College.
