Nella Gonzalez currently serves as the Senior People Operations Manager at IDOC since January 2017, overseeing various HR functions including payroll, benefits, recruiting, compensation, and employee relations. In addition, Nella has held the role of Senior People Operation Manager and Disney Vacation Planner at Crazy Imagination Travel since April 2015, specializing in planning family vacations to various Disney destinations. Nella's earlier experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher with Stamford Public Schools from March 2015 to October 2016 and as Manager of Human Resources at Thomson Corporation (Thomson Reuters) from March 1992 to January 2006. Nella holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Sacred Heart University.
