Daniela Schuster has a strong background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Daniela began their career in 1995 at Genzyme, where they served as an Executive Assistant and HR Project Manager. In this role, they worked closely with senior executives and collaborated on strategic HR projects. Daniela then moved on to Helvetia Insurances, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 1999 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Actelion as a Human Resources Manager and later progressed to the role of HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner. Most recently, Daniela has been working at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, starting as an Associate Director of Human Resources in 2017 and advancing to Director and eventually Senior Director of Global Human Resources.
Daniela Schuster obtained a Fachausweis in Human Resources from AKAD in 1997-1999. Daniela then pursued further education at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, earning an NDS/DAS degree in Human Resources from 2004-2006.
