Ashley earned her degree in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Georgia Institute of Technology. She stepped into the role of Senior Financial Manager in May 2009. With a Big 4 Accounting firm background, she was brought on the team to begin revamping the Accounting and Finance department. In 2010, she helped turn IDR into an Employee Owned Company. Ashley is passionate about educating everyone about our ESOP and cultivating an employee owner culture. Currently, Ashley oversees all of IDR’s operations.
