Ben McCormick

Ben McCormick is a skilled professional with diverse experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiting Team Lead at IDR, Inc. since October 2020, Ben has previously held the role of Recruiter within the same company. Prior to this, Ben gained valuable experience as a Ticket Sales Intern at Clemson University Athletic Department, where excellent customer service and active listening skills were demonstrated. Additionally, as a Human Resources Intern at Revision Military, Ben contributed to the development of modern employment policies and the restructuring of employee benefits. Ben's early experience includes management as a Student Work Manager at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School, overseeing and mentoring high school students. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, completed in 2020.
