Madi Marlatte

Madi Marlatte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at IDR, Inc. since 2014, Madi has held various roles including Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager, contributing to the company's growth and client relations. Previous experience includes working as an Executive Consultant at Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, where Madi focused on client education and sales generation. Madi also managed operations at Miss Behavin Clothing Boutique, overseeing sales staff, budgeting, and marketing strategies. Leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Ole Miss Chapter of Habitat for Humanity International. Madi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
