Samantha Kase, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning several roles at IDR, Inc. since March 2018, including Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Prior to IDR, Samantha worked as a Payroll Administrator at Insight Global and gained experience in mentorship and leadership while attending Georgia Institute of Technology, where participation in the Student Athletic Advisory Board and Women’s Swim and Dive Program showcased strong commitment to teamwork and community engagement. An internship at Kinetix allowed Samantha to develop an Internal Communication plan and organize a Virtual Career Fair. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leading and Human Capital from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Leading and Managing Human Capital.
