During her earlier stint with many hotels’ IT departments, Azeb has managed to acquire formidable knowledge of many hospitality technology platforms. At IDS Next, she prepares pre-implementation documents and assists in Hotel ERP implementation across East Africa. Receiving support calls and providing solutions to clients in Ethiopia are her primary responsibilities.
