Francis Matera has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, currently serving as a Senior Voice Engineer III at IDT Telecom since November 2004. Prior to this role, Francis worked in provisioning at T-Mobile from 2002 to 2004 and had a similar position in provisioning and network engineering at V-COMM, LLC, from 2000 to 2004. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Kingsborough Community College.
