Jay Patel

Jay Patel is a Senior Cloud Engineer at IDX™, with experience in cloud administration and network engineering. Since joining IDX™ in November 2021, Jay has effectively managed projects and client communications while monitoring network performance and resolving network issues. Prior to IDX™, Jay held positions at 1Rivet as an Associate Network L2 and at HCL Comnet Limited as an Associate Engineer, gaining valuable skills in client interaction and support team collaboration. Jay began a career as an IT Executive at Infodart Technologies India Ltd. and holds a BCA degree from Anand Commerce College, completed in 2012.
