Kendra Coughlin is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering with significant expertise in tool and fixture design, assembly line infrastructure, and process improvement. Presently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager at IEA since April 2016, Kendra has progressed through various engineering roles, including Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Previous experience includes a Manufacturing Engineer position at Briggs and Stratton and earlier roles at BRP, where Kendra contributed to assembly line efficiency and product development. Kendra's engineering journey began with internships at BRP, IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC, and other organizations, focusing on design, analysis, and process optimizations. Kendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
