Jyotika Athavale

Jyotika Athavale is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in prominent roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Architecture at Synopsys Inc since July 2023, Jyotika has held significant positions such as President of the Board of Governors at the IEEE Computer Society and Chair of IEEE Women In Engineering ILC. Additional contributions include chairing the IEEE P2851 Working Group within the IEEE Standards Association and serving on various boards, including the Technical Activities Board at IEEE and the Board of Studies at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
