Allen Zhang's work experience includes serving as the CISO and Director of Risk and Compliance at IEHP since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HMSA for a considerable amount of time, starting in July 1997 as an Information Protection Manager and continuing in that role until November 2022.
Allen Zhang obtained a Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) with a focus on Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended Sun Yat-sen University from 1983 to 1987, but their degree and field of study are unknown. Allen Zhang has also acquired several certifications such as EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer, AWS Certified Security Specialty, The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US), Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE).
