Dianna del Toro

HR Director, Total Rewards at IEHP

Dianna Del Toro has extensive work experience in human resources, starting with their role as a HR Compensation Intern at Automatic Data Processing, Inc in 2003. Dianna later worked as a Sr. HR Receptionist/Switchboard Operator before becoming a Human Resources Representative, where they processed worker's compensation leave of absences and handled new hire processing. Dianna also served as a HR Staffing Coordinator, guiding candidates through the application process and verifying pre-employment drug screen results.

In 2009, Del Toro joined Arcadian Health Plan as an HR Generalist, responsible for processing employee health benefits and managing HRIS data. Dianna then moved on to PMAC Lending Services as an HR Generalist, before finally joining IEHP as the HR Director for Total Rewards.

Dianna Del Toro, PHR attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2001 to 2003. Dianna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources.
