Jane Maass has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jane began their career in 1994 at FHP, where they worked in the Management Training/Consulting Group. In 2009, they joined IEHP and started as the Senior Director of Operations before being promoted to Executive Director of Operations in 2012. Jane then became the Vice President of Business Services in 2021 and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Relationship Management since August 2022.
Jane Maass completed their undergraduate studies at American University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Service, Economics, and Finance. Jane later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Riverside - A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management from 1990 to 1994, specializing in Marketing and Finance.
