Jinumal Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. They also have a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in BS, both from the University of Mumbai. In addition to their formal education, Jinumal Gupta has obtained several certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC), Project Management Professional (PMP), and various Microsoft certifications.
