Jonathan Faia has extensive experience in quality operations and pharmacy management, currently serving in various managerial roles at IEHP since September 2017, including Manager of Quality Operations and Manager of Medication Management Pharmacy Operations. Prior to this, Jonathan held supervisory positions at SCAN Health Plan and Kaiser Permanente, overseeing member services and primary care medical services. Additionally, Jonathan has a freelance career as an author and writer since 1998, collaborating with Archway Publishing and contributing to Champion Newspapers. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Fullerton, along with certifications in Pharmacy Technician/Assistant and studies in English.
