Juan Ortega, PMP, has over a decade of experience in project management across various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager II at IEHP since October 2012, Juan manages multiple business projects within the Operations PMO group, focusing on project scope, resource requirements, and communication with stakeholders. Previously, Juan held roles at BP Industries Inc. as Project/Program Manager, leading the development and implementation of a Social Compliance Program, and as Operations Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Milgard Manufacturing, Fleetwood Motor Homes, and Fleetwood Enterprises, with responsibilities ranging from overseeing production lines to managing product development teams. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Redlands from 2009 to 2011.
