Thomas Foster is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in information technology and enterprise project management. Currently serving as Project Manager III at IEHP since April 2018, Thomas oversees projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from October 2008 to December 2016 as an Information Technology Specialist, managing project delivery for the County of Los Angeles' CalWORKs Administration System. Thomas's earlier roles include Project Lead and Information Specialist at Electronic Data Systems, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of Customer Relationship Management systems for Medi-Cal, as well as data migration projects for British Sky Broadcasting and system integration for AirTours. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
