Brian Flores

Brian Flores is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Client Services Lead at IES Abroad since April 2017, following a tenure as Product Manager and Helpdesk Technician at the same organization. Also working as Lead Helpdesk Engineer at E2 Services since June 2012, Brian oversees technical support staff and has implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency. Previous experience includes providing helpdesk support at Option Care and contributing to systems conversion projects at Guarantee Trust Life Insurance. Brian holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking from ITT Technical Institute-Mount Prospect.
