Deborah McCandless

Deborah McCandless serves as the Associate Director for Executive Education Custom Programs and has held various leadership roles within the MBA Admissions department at IESE Business School since February 2016. As Board President and Board Member at the Volunteer Referral Center since February 2014, Deborah demonstrates commitment to community service. Prior experience includes senior public relations roles at MacMillan Communications and Articulate Communications Inc., where Deborah successfully crafted media strategies and drove client visibility. With a foundational career in public relations at Walek & Associates and Palgrave MacMillan, complemented by an MBA from IESE Business School and a BS in Economics from Duke University, Deborah also holds a CFA Level 1 certification.
