Reasat Hayder has worked for three companies in their career. Reasat began at BAT in 2016 as a Product Innovation and Business Development Executive, Area Manager, and Territory Officer. In 2015 they moved to Daraz as a CEX Executive. Currently, they are employed at iFarmer.asia as the Head of Operations: Agri Input and Omnichannel Activation since 2022.
Reasat Hayder completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from North South University between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended St. Joseph Higher Secondary School in Dhaka, where they completed their S.S.C between 2000 and 2008.
